FHA and VA Loans can be easier to obtain than Conventional Loans And Offer
A Wide Range Of Finance Solutions In A Troubled Market.

There are a wide variety of government home loan programs
available to make home ownership more affordable.

FHA Loans:
The Federal Housing Association (FHA) insures mortgages,
making them easier to qualify for. FHA-insured loans are often
used by first-time buyers, those with less than perfect credit,
and those who can only make a small down payment. It is
easier to qualify for an FHA loan even if you have a poor credit
rating or have declared bankruptcy in the past. You only need
a 3% down payment and that can come from a variety of

VA Loans:
The US Veterans Administration (VA) guarantees loans to
veterans, reservists, and other military personnel and can
provide mortgage payment relief and protection from
foreclosure. During your period of active military service your
interest rate is restricted to 6%, you may be able to switch to
interest-only payments and lenders cannot foreclose on your
mortgage. These benefits end three months after the
completion of active military service. VA loans are also
available for home construction, home improvements and for
purchasing a manufactured home and lot.
